If your form of payment is a gift
card or gift certificate it must be surrendered
at time of service.

Cancellations
not received 24 hours prior to the appointment
will
be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of
the price of service(s) scheduled. (Gift certificates
& gift cards will be charged the fee.)

Clients
scheduling multiple service packages or groups
with
multiple people will be required to pay a credit
card deposit of 50%
of the price of the service(s)
scheduled at booking. If the package/party
is canceled less than 48 hours prior to the appointment,
the card (or gift certificate) will be charged
the full amount of the service(s) scheduled.

Management
may refuse service to anyone.

Rates and
services offered are subject to change without notice.

Returned
checks subject to a $30.00 fee.

Returned
product is exchanged for store credit only
within 30 days.

Gift certificate
and gift card values may only be exchanged
for service or product.
Cash refunds will not be made.

Expired
gift certificates may be extended with prior management
approval and by paying any difference in price should
prices increase after the original expiration
date
on the certificate.

Complimentary
snacks and beverages are always
available to all or our guests. HOWEVER, we are
unable
to offer alcoholic beverages to our steam and
massage guests.
